I see similar posting as mine but no resolution… Also, I only have the problem on one channel.

Plex Server: Version 1.15.3.876 (latest) on Windows running on a Intel NUC
Tuner: HDHR3-US
HDHomeRun DUAL 103DFDAB
Firmware Version 20170930 (latest)
Place: Dallas-FortWorth - Allen, TX - 75013

On my HDHomerun Install wizard, the channel info is CH24 - 3 5.1 KXAS-DT
Only on NBC, I get the following error
Playback Error
Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna.

Of course it works fine on my HDHomerun App as well as Windows Media Center.
Any ideas?

Will need to see what’s causing it. Try enabling debug and verbose logging, go into ‘console’ and clear the log immediately before trying to tune to the channel. Look for red error messages in the console, click on one and click ‘go to context’ to see what led to the error.

Go into Settings > Console and clear the logs, then try tuning a channel. Then post the logs .zip here, instructions in Settings > Troubleshooting.

Sorry about the delay. I thought I had uploaded the logs earlier. In any case, I am still seeing this error. As requested, here is zip file of the logs uploaded.

Having the same issue with NBC (Channel 4.1 NYC) only. Using an HDHR Extend with firmware 20190631. Able to tune NBC directly from the HDHR unit.

Updated my Plex server to #### Version 1.16.5.1488 last night and tried to tune into the channel that was having issues…

Still having the same issues. Can devs please comment what else do they need to isolate the issue? I am willing to help in any way. But it looks like all the questions on “Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna.” is going to > /dev/null.

After you updated to 1.16.5 did you delete the tuner wait 5 minutes and re-add it?

Might be time to upgrade to a newer Connect Duo or Quattro, the channels are auto scanned picking up any channel repacks which might be occurring.

Just did that and still the same issue. I currently use HDHomeRun DUAL 103DFDAB… WMC works like a charm. The DVR functionality of Plex is nowhere close to WMC.

I would update the HDHR software on Windows and do a channel rescan to pick up any new channel assignments in your area. That channel has moved a lot (58->45->21). I would have to plug mine back in but AFAIK there is one more firmware update that was loaded when I updated the software.

New Debug logs would help since your on 1.16.5.
