I have been having weird issues with Plex randomly shutting down. I rolled back to the latest Public release instead of Beta. While that did not fix the issue, I now cannot get any live TV channels. I removed the DVR and re-added. Hauppauge WinTV software seems to tune the channels just fine.

Considering this resolved, I went back to the latest Beta build and all is working again. Still getting random Plex shutdowns, but thats for another thread.
