Since last update i cannot launch live TV with my tuner, or any Plex show. My local content works well.
I have the same issue with web player right on the server PC or with the Roku on my network.
Any clue?
I’ve already tried a rollback to the previous version - does not work.
The tuner itself is ok because i can re-scan the channels and save them. But i cannot launch live tv, i got an error message : Playback Error
Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna.
Having the exact same issue. A restart of PMS did not resolve anything.
I am using a HDHomeRun Extend on Version 20200907. PMS v1.20.2.3370 and can confirm that the tuner works with VLC without issue.
PMP Web and ATV cannot tune any channel.
Thank you!! So it seems it is related to Plex services and not to the local PMS server itself! I’ve uninstalled fully my TV Tuner (Hauppauge Dual HD USB) and reinstalled it from scratch into the PMS, rescanned (flawlessly) the channels and downloaded the guide, but no way, it does not work…
I am seeing the same issues on all of my clients. No Plex streaming services are working (Movies & Shows, Web Shows, News, Podcasts) for me. Their status page shows everything online, but I am not buying it.
Looks like i am back up and running. No changes to config or anything from the time i last posted. Maybe the issues were on the Plex Inc side. Not sure why tuning a locally installed tuner was affected but that’s how it presents.

Thank you for the support ; like i wrote last week that seems to be a temporary issue from your side. Some of us were not able to connect some PLEX services aka TV tuner and PLEX shows. It lasted several hours then gone back. I have no log to send to you unfortunately because i reinstalled completely my server, that day.
