Interesting side-not. The Guide stopped loading 12/26 and I was able to watch shows using the āWhatās Onā section
On the web version on Mac, the tv session keeps ending. āThe Live Playback has endedā. No issue on the Apple TV. Logs attached.

For a few weeks was getting āCould not tune channelā¦ā and āAn unexpected error occurredā when trying to tune some channels (TVHeadend on RaspberryPi with Antennas emulating HDHomerun). There was no apparent consistency in which channels would or wouldnāt tune - it seemed random. Re-installed PMS (OSX 10.13.6 on Mac Mini), Raspbian Buster on Pi 4B+, TVHeadend and Antennas with no luck. Reset network - no luck. What DID work was removing PMS for Mac 1.25.2.5319 and rolling back to 1.24.5173. Now all fine again. Have disabled automatic updates on the server until Plex sort this out.

Hi all, i just bought VBox Xti-3442 TV gateway a have a similar issue to this a guess. I am from czech republic and want to watch czech live TV channel. We have special character in channel names. I tried to write on VBox support, but they wanted to know if i ask you (plex support). So here i am asking for help.
Only some channel works. I belive they are those withc doestn contains special characters or spaces. For example Xmltv file:

This is already a known issue and Plex is working on it.

Donāt hold your breath. Itās been like this for years with no resolve.
so i did a new setup of Vu+ and plexserverā¦ (dont wanna do it - but no help ā¦)
and something is going right - everythingÅ fine with Vu+ Duo 4k - VTI15 - HRTunerProxy 
after 3 monthās - happy streaminā with LiveDVR again
ā¦ and Plex - after paying Plexpass and beeing member since years
ā ā¦ no star support

Having this issue and can only change channels a few times before I get the error. Iām using Ubuntu 20.04.
I used the same USB tuner on a Raspberry Pi 3B and never noticed this issue. Decided to buy an Intel based computer (also bought Plex Pass) for better performance and now Live TV is unusable because of this error.
As I mentioned in a previous post, reverting back to Plex Server 1.24.5173 sorted it for me. Of course YMMV.
and where can ver 1.24.5173 be found?
I found my Mac version on the Uptodown site. They cater for Windows too and seem trustworthy.

I found version 1.24.**5.**5173, which I think is the one youāre talking about. Hope it works.
Unfortunately 1.24.5.5173 did not help for me. I got the error just the 2nd time I changed the channel. Iām sure its not a hardware error as a simple restart of Plex fixes the error temporarily.
Hello, watching this issue as I have it as well, been having it since I bought by plex plass in summer of last year. Using the DVR Tuner: Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD I have seen this both on my build from scratch for plex ubuntu based AMD Ryzen 3 setup and on a raspberry PI ubuntu setup. Let me know if additional logs will help. In Austin, TX using the local TV listings here.
