OK I am going to move the posts about the synced/downloaded items issue to a new topic. This original topic was about videos in a photo library and adding the music issue here is going to confuse things. Though the error message you are getting is the same it would be a different cause.
For those of you having issues with syned/downloaded items playback please post in here. Downloads not playing. Queue error or make another topic.
