Couldn't get original photo

I have a picture library on my Plex server. No matter what I try, when I use the Plex mobile app on my iPhone 15 Pro, iOS Version 18.3.1 to access my pictures library, I can only view the thumbnails. When I tap into a picture, it won’t load. If I try to download it, I get the error message “Uh oh! Couldn’t get original photo. Try again later.” Please help.

I also just tested viewing a photo using the Plex desktop app, version 1.108.1.307-dd5b87aa, and it also will not load photos. I tested using the web app as well, and it also did not load.

I ended up deleting and rebuilding my “Photos” library. After rebuild, I was able to load and download pictures across all apps. I chalk this up to a migration issue. I built a new PC a while back and restored Plex from backups. There must have been something that got corrupted in the restore. Hope this helps someone else. This issue can be closed.
