Not able to open photo on my iPhone Plex App

Plex Mobile App#: 8.1.1

I purchase the service ‘enable streaming playback’ on my iPhone but after reinstalling my iOS & restore my app purchase, I am not able to open pics.

My plex photo library is showing all pics as thumbnail within timeline when I open any pic from mobile app, app become unresponsive.
