This ^^ is how to check DSM. The one thing which happens most often is DSM runs out of disk space itself. It is VERY rare but when DSM fails to run PMS, this is the most common cause.

- Package Center – Stop Plex
- File Station – Plex / Library / Application Support / Plex Media Server
- Delete Preferences.xml
- Go into Logs
- Delete everything you see.
- Restart DSM
- Package Center
- Start Plex.
- Open http://ip.addr.of.syno:32400/web
- Claim and setup new
