Last night my power went out for a split second causing my computer to go offline and back up. When it did, apparently my PLEX decided to crash as well. I can’t get my database back to normal. YES, I went to the support page but that doesn’t help because when I did it, it was overly complicated and didn’t make a lot of sense to me. I tried to follow it to the best of my ability. Said to just replace my old files or swap around files. I tried that. I’ve repaired the DB 3 different times, now it won’t even show up on my network.
What am I doing wrong? How do I fix this? What am I doing wrong?
Update:
Go to your folder with the plex media cache and find the blob and DB file with the dates on it, remove. delete everything else. Once your done rename, you’re removing the dates on it. Make sure they are still DB files. Place back into the same folder, DONE. Restart plex.
