Current program is "Unknown airing" - cannot play those channels

This problem just started today - everything has been working fine for weeks, previously.

The current program in the EPG for almost all channels is listed as “Unknown airing”. When the time rolls over to the next program, that program changes from correct information, to “unknown airing”. The channels on which this happens can never be played, because of this bug, which although labelled as fixed, still happens:

I have tried telling Plex to refresh the guide, and also deleting the DVR altogether and re-adding it, but the problem does not go away.

Hahaha, OK, I guess I knew that Plex was buggy but I have solved my own problem.

It’s a DST bug.

DST starts tomorrow morning.

I changed my server time zone from America/Los_Angeles to SystemV/PST8 - which is the same time zone but does not respect DST.

And magically now it works.

Presumably I’ll have to change it back after DST starts.

Well. That was a waste of an evening.

I hope me marking this as solved doesn’t cause it to be ignored - this is obviously a real bug.

A mod removed the “server-linux” tag from this, but in fact the problem was in the server.

I removed the tag. The problem is DVR with a DST bug which can occur on every platform.

This is not platform specific.
