For the first time in a while I am getting lots of ‘unknown airing’ in my EPG. I’ve deleted, refreshed etc but still the same. Is anyone else getting this issue?

I’m in the West Midlands area. Channels affected are BBC2 HD, C4 HD, BBC4 HD and a few others here and there. Mainly seems to be evening and late night programming. It does also come up with unknown airing when the channel is off air, although it used to be titled properly such as ‘this is BBC4’.
This is my equivalent picture (I am Oxfordshire). Are you on the new EPG yet? …your icons look different.
I assume so. I am on the latest Plex server version and I’ve deleted the DVR and readded it!

Thanks for the replies JCHH. I don’t think its that as I put your area in (oxford) which would have loaded the same EPG, but I still get the same unknown airings in exactly the same place!
Oh, that is strange. Try OX25 (which is precisely me).
This gets even stranger now. If I select the filter at the top for HD channels only, I get the Unknown airig for those channels. If I scroll down the whole list without the HD filter, the SAME channels show the guide correctly!

I have tried uninstalling Plex Media Server, I’ve deleted everyting from the AppData folders and reinstalled the version from December when I didn’t get the issue - rebuilt the library and the Live TV and DVR - STILL the same problem.
I will be testing tonight to see whether it will record the HD version on an Unknown Airing if I navigate to it through ‘all channels’ and test whether, if I record the SD version, whether it will link and record HD as I’ve selected Prefer HD. I’ve never had this before and have been using PLex for a while. Can anyone from PLex tell me how to report this as a bug? Is anyone else having this issue?
I have exactly the same problem but with different channels. I have also one more problem that is for some channels I have corrupted guide showing 4h blocks starting brom either 10PM,2 AM, 6 AM, 10 AM, 2 PM and repeat for all future shows. Title of the show is set to channel name and date is the same for all shows.
I’ve not long been using the live tv DVR feature and it was ok for the first few weeks but I’m now seeing this same issue! It only happens when selecting HD channels only, also it shows 3 channels that aren’t HD!?
It seems like there is an issue in the last few server versions. As now just about all of my HD channels and a few SD channels only show Unknown Aring.

It’s not new. It’s been reported a couple of times for a while now.
You can see the HD channels if you deselect “HD Channels only”. I’m not saying that’s OK, just that this is a way to see those channels pending a fix.
