This has been occurring for years and I thought I would post the issue again. My last post on this was 2018 or 2019. While looking at my movie, music, etc. lists, the system automatically moves my view back to the top of the list after I view an item. For example, if I have scrolled down 300 moves or songs, if I click on any item, the list will move to the top as soon as I return to the list. This is very frustrating, especially when there are thousands of songs and I listen to one, then back up into the list and it moves my view to the top of the list. I then have to scroll down past the first 300 songs again just to continue through the list. It doesn’t matter which NVidia Shield I am using, it happens on all of them.
Any help would be much appreciated.
I am using NVidia Shields to access my Plex server.
The server is an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X on a Gigabyte B550M AORUS Elite AX motherboard.
The server accesses the media files on four identical Synology NAS units each w/48TB.
This issue only seems to appear on the NVidia devices as it is not an issue on a Plex desktop app. Also, this was still an issue back when I had all the files on local HDD’s on the server.
