Issue having with app saying currently Unavailable and not finding server and saying to check connection when my internet is working perfectly fine.

I’m going to guess that app cannot work with secure connections (assuming it is the third party smart hub app)
How would i be able to identify if it is a 3rd party smart hub app. This is a Samsung 8 series 65
It is it a 2015 or earlier model Tv it is the smart hub app. if it is 2016 or later tv it is our Tizen app. (I don’t think he made a smarthub app for 2016.)
looks like Samsung 8 series 65 is a tizen tv so it is our app. Is your servers secure connections enabled?
