my apartment complex includes a basic TV package to all residents. unfortunately, these stations are in no particular order. can I create my own channel lineup based on another guide to create a functional guide for plex?
basically, the low number channels (8-31)are the same as OTA. the high number input channels are all from Time Warner Cable but when they are rebroadcast some of the paid channels for residents channels like CNN (normally 100) move (channel 5000,5001)
is there any solution?
