In an attempt to control/allow access to specific TV media episodes for an specific Managed User account, I added a custom ‘Content Rating’ on each episode, manually via the ‘Edit’ button and by adding the specific custom text I wanted to use in the ‘Content Rating’ field, then saving changes.
I then went to configure the ‘Restrictions’ section of this particular Managed User, selected the ‘TV Shows’ section, and added the exact same text into the “Allow Only Ratings” field and saved.
When I switch back into the Managed User account, his content options remain “Empty”…I’ve made sure he has access to the specific Library (It’s listed in his home menu), I’ve optimized the database, rebooted the server, etc. to no avail… is this a Bug or am I missing something here?

Additional Context / Update: The TV show itself has a blank Content Rating… if I add the same custom Content Rating to the Show, the TV Show finally appears in the managed user library, but it overrides any ‘exclude’ rating setting, it shows and plays every episode… so I effect I can’t control access to individual episodes (which is in the end my actual objective). I also tried using a “Label” at the TV Show level to enable access, but the ‘exclude’ ratings setting does not seem to work in conjunction.
