Hello everyone! I have had a custom SSL Cert for my Plex server for a year, and it was working fine until about two weeks ago. The SSL cert information disappeared from my server, and I found it was using the free plex.tv cert instead of mine. I reissued the cert and added the required information in my Network Settings, but when I go to plex.mydomain.cloud, it’s still using the free SSL certificate. I’m hoping someone can assist, as I need this custom cert to utilize my server from a location I am at most of the time.

Server logs might show if there’s something wrong with your cert. Could it be as simple as the custom cert being expired?

I wish, but no it expires next August.
