Plex Playback Issue

Hey guys, I need some help getting started. I’ve been trying to upload my movies, and I can’t get any of them to work. They’re all disney movies that I have from the windows store, but every time I try to play any of them, it just endlessly loads like this

I have never been able use plex, and I assumed it was my parental controls causing the issues, but I had those removed months ago, and Plex still won’t work. Any thoughts?

If you buy a movie from any service like  iTunes, windows store, android play store, amazon store , etc, they will all be DRM (Digital Rights Management) protected to play on their platform only. Do you have any personal media that work at all?

Yeah, my personal media works fine
