Dad to Sonos option has disappeared now that I have paid for Plex Pass

I recently started using my Plex server for music and upgraded to Plex Pass so that I could cast to Sonos from the Plex app. As soon as I activated my Plex Pass, the option that said to upgrade to Plex Pass to control Sonos disappeared from the casting menu and now it says No Players Detected even though Sonos is on the same network as the server.
I am able to link Plex to the Sonos app and access the server that way but it is very slow and I prefer the Plex setup.
How do I set up my Plex/Sonos link so that I can cast to Sonos?

I had the same problem. For me it helped to “uninstall” Plex on the Sonos devices an install it again and re-connect with my Plex account.

That may be. But it was the only thing after which I could start music on a Sonos device from another Sonos App. I tried to restart the iOS app several times. I tried it from the macOS app. I even restarted my server. Only after the “Sonos App” stunt it would work.
