Issue with Sonos

Hi ! I have an issue with Plex in the Sonos app. I have updated my Plex server to the 1.20.1.3252 version, and since that, Sonos can’t see Plex : “No Plex Media Server available. Please make sure your Plex Media Server is accessible” …
The Sonos app works fine for everything else.
And Plex is available from my iPhone in 4G when I want to hear music … even in WiFi at home, it’s seems to work.
Remote control is available, but each time I try to connect with the Sonos app, the remote control turns to “unavailable” by itself … I don’t understand why !
Before the update of Plex server, everything was working fine …
I was thinking about a lifetime Plex Pass, but now I’ve surrend the idea with these problems.
Someone can help me ? Please …

I have suscribe to a Plex Pass for 1 month to see if the issues can be resolve with a streaming from the Plex app on my iPhone, with an output on the Sonos speakers … but the sound stops sometimes in one speaker, the sound shifts … When I use the same method from my Mac on iTunes with an output on the Sonos speaker, the sound is better, there’s no cut …

Someone have a solution ?

I think I’m gonna stop the Plex Pass … so disappointed by Plex …
