Since the last few public updates I have noticed PMS consuming CPU for no apparent reason, in the screenshots below there is a video playing however that is direct play and CPU is consumed in a simular manner when nothing plays too.
The excessive use begins as soon as I go and look at the dashboard, I’m sure the system should not be using nearly 40% of the CPU to tell me how much of the CPU is being used.
The hard drive can be extremely quiet indicating that no maintenance or other instensive work is going on like a library refresh.
Plex version is in the third screenshot. Can the cause behind why the latest versions of Plex is consuming huge of amounts of CPU resources when it should be using almost none?
