The dashboard changes every other day from the now playing view (boxed user windows) to new dashboard now playing GRID and GRAPH . Why doesn’t it stay in the new current grid and graph mode???
Where are you viewing this and on what program? If on a computer, are using the latest PMP? Provide screenshots and state the OS and app used, browser etc.
It may depend on
from where you are loading the web app.
Either from http://127.0.0.1:32400/web
or from https://app.plex.tv/desktop (<-- this one is usually more recent)
Or if you use PMP in ‘Desktop’ mode (but the current version of PMP has already the new Dashboard).
I am running PMS on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Plex Media Server is running; however, the new dashboard features comes and goes.

See @OttoKerner comment about using the link https://app.plex.tv/desktop or download the latest Plex Media Player. Appears you’re using a browser with a link that doesn’t always have the latest updates as the link provided.
