Player Version#: Won’t open, so I can’t tell
The most recent June 1 release for Windows cripples the Plex server for me. After it installs, it cannot locate my library and gives me a “Server settings are unavailable” screen. I’ve tried logging out and restarting the server, but now I get a bizarre “ERROR” popup with a red X. I’ve tried rolling back to the previous version but no luck.
can you tell me how you tried rolling back?
Im not sure how to do it and my plex just crashes completely every 15mins
Rolling back finally worked for me. PLEX apparently doesn’t provide downloads of older versions, but you can grab them here:

I’m as lost as you are! Rolling back, logging out, shutting down the server, restarting, and logging back in worked for me.
Ived done everything three times in different orders with still no luck, only had an issue since the 1st update… how do you get intouch with Plex themselves cant find how?
Just an update: The newest version that was released yesterday still gives me the same problems.
Had to go back to May 13th release. That fixed TV shows, but my audio books don’t look good in plex. But Prologue still shows books good. So will stick with this until they fix issue
The new update is even worse my server wont even show up now never mind staying on for 15mins or so.
