DB Backup Notifications Inconsistent

I’m having an issue but am unsure if it’s an app issue or an issue specific to one server.

I have two plex servers, both are setup to backup the database every 3 days, and I have notifications enabled in the android app. I consistently get backup notifications from one server but not the other.

The server I am not getting notifications for does appear to still be creating it’s DB backups. Despite not getting a notification this morning I see the dated backups in the backup folder. It doesn’t appear to be missing any and I haven’t gotten and corruption notifications (unless those are also broken).

Anecdotally I started noticing this issue right around when I finally got the new app experience at the beginning of may so I think it is an app issue but I could be wrong. I always got notifications from both servers with the old app.

Anyone else with more than one server they admin notice they’re not getting notifications for all of their servers?

The backups seem to be working fine. It’s random whether I get both notifications or not. Every once in a while I get both, usually I only get one or the other, and again its random which one I get.

This still doesn’t work. Are any Plex devs even paying attention?
