Since I completely reinstalled my phone several weeks ago, every few days I receive my usual backup successful notification from my server, but it comes twice like this

Odd, I wonder if you restored the app data from backup? (this should still not happen but maybe we know thing we have to different devices/tokens and send the notification to those 2)
Also is this just for the DB backups? What about other notifications?
I reinstalled the phone from a GDrive backup with apps and app data included. But I don’t think Plex app data was restored as I had to set up everything.
It’s the only one that I see regularly. I’ll try enabling another and let you now
For Playback Started notifications I’m getting only one of each
EDIT: Idem with New Content Added notifications
In that case I don’t think my initial theory would be valid! I’ll check in with devs to see what might be up!
@paolovador can you sigout the client and sign-in again and confirm the issue is gonna? There was indeed a duplication of tokens from some notifications on you’re account! But signout/signin now should fix it!
Let me know if you still have issue after that though!
Actually can you send me you’re PMS logs around when this happens? Even if signout/signin fixed the issue, I wonder if there might me a bug on PMS side too.
I will wait for the next occurrence in the next few days, give you PMS logs, then I’ll try signing out.

This morning the backup notifications occurred once. I didn’t sign out/in, just uptaded the app yesterday (maybe that did an implicit sign out/in).

The problem is occuring again since yesterday.
Same notifications being duplicated.
This was fixed for a time though
Hum this suggests it wasn’t a one time thing but a bug somewhere in the API.
I’ve opened an internal report to look into this in more detail.
Can you please attach new logs?
I will wait for the next occurrence in the next few days and give you PMS logs.

The last 2 backups notifications were not duplicated.
