First you destroy the mobile app, thankfully I could download the old version. But now you destroy the TV app? It’s unusable garbage, navigation doesn’t work. When I finally can make something play, I can’t pause it, change subtitles/ audio. I literally can’t do anything. Just revert us back and leave the ■■■■ alone. It’s getting absolutely ridiculous how you’re missing every single shot you’re taking. Why are you actively okay with making each update worse and worse.

The latest Plex App on Roku remains unacceptable. I would be thrilled to move back to an older release that was stable and easy to navigate. Is this an intentional reduction in value designed to incent moving away from Roku or ultimately from Plex?
