Degrading user experience and playing issue on Plex for LG

It’s been a while that I noticed a degrading user experience on Plex for LG (I don’t know on other players since I don’t often use them).
In particular I’m talking about the movement of the selection in the app, like moving between a library and another one or between contents in the library that is quite laggy and it makes annoying to navigate in libraries for too long.
But the worst issue that I’m encountering is that the video stucks every 10-15 minutes with high quality 4K contents IN LOCAL.
I have FTTH connection so I shouldn’t have any problem even from remote (at least in upload), but that I’m having it in local it’s even worse.
When it stucks the loading spinner comes in, as if the connection is too low to get the content (and ofc it’s not the case).
Then, the moment I exit the content and restart it, it resumes instantly.
So now I’m being used to exit and play again every time it stucks. And it sucks. :zipper_mouth_face:

Yes! Dealing with the same issue! It’s super annoying, the higher the bitrate the more often the video will get stuck.

50Mbps 4K/HDR results in this happening every 15 minutes or so. The content keeps playing (audio works) but the video is frozen. Only way to fix this is to quit the video, wait 30-60 seconds and then start it again. If you start it right away again the video will be black (again with audio playing just fine)
