Dekalog (1989) TV series not matching episodes correctly

Does anyone know how to get this series to match properly? Only the first episode gets the proper metadata; the rest of the episodes have no info.

Can you share a screenshot of how the files are named/organized, including file extension?

If you change naming or organization, Plex Dance the entire show.

This works on my system. I’m using the Plex TV Series agent & scanner.

I tried to rename the first few files in lowercase incase that somehow made a difference. Nothing though. I have recently also been experimenting with making the switch to Jellyfin, and Jellyfin matches perfectly.
