I’ve deleted a series from my library, everytime I scan for media it returns. The files even show “file unavailable”. I’ve emptied my trash as well. Is there another way to permanently remove this metadata?

delete from the menu in the player should remove files and db entries immediately.
If you do a get info in the web app does it show the old path?
I originally deleted the files outside of Plex. But I have subsequently tried deleting from the Plex menu too. Get info shows the old path to the files that doesn’t exist.
