With that naming, the file should be recognized as an extra for episode 1x02. That is assuming you have that episode named exactly like that… The Office (US) - S01E02.ext. For season-level extras use either a dedicated extra-type folder or just name them inline with this season. Example: TV Show…

The local extras for seasons or episodes only show on the home page for the series, not from with in a season or episode level in the web app. I didn’t check too closely, but I believe they are all there, just not where we might expect or want them to show up.

The new tv-show scanner/agent supports local extras for Shows, seasons and episodes. It’s currently available for testing (beta) as part of the latest server releases (PMS v1.22).
