Are TV Shows deleted scenes/extras not supported anymore (see Local Files for TV Show Trailers and Extras | Plex Support)? I’ve followed the naming convention exactly as described but deleted scenes are not showing up for The Office. I tried putting them alongside the episodes with “-deleted” at the end of the filename or in a separate folder called “Deleted Scenes” but they don’t show up anywhere.
Local extras are still there/supported. As usual with TV Shows, naming is key and could be a touch more strict than what we know from Movies.
Keep in mind that only a subset of apps is currently able to display the local extras on all tiers of a TV Show (shows, seasons, episodes). Plex Web will e.g. only show actual TV Show extras while Android (mobile) and iOS clients can display local extras on all tiers.
Considering the different tiers… would you mind sharing the exact naming / folder organization of those files? If it’s episode-level extras – please include the full episode file name!!
Important caveat: extras only work if the whole library has been converted to use the new metadata agent: Migrating a TV library to use the new Plex TV Series Agent/Scanner | Plex Support
There is no support for extras when using the legacy agents.

I’m already using the new ‘Plex TV Series’ agent. Still no extras are showing.
As per the post above… those episode-level extras will only show on 4 clients at the moment:
On what client are you looking for those extras?
Either web or Android (Pixel Phone)
Plex Web is definitely not showing them (neither on a desktop nor your mobile).
After refreshing the show’s metadata, the episode extras should show on the Android client (make sure to navigate all the way to the details page of those episodes!).

Tested with my Pixel 3a XL. The extras appear below the cast on the detail page of the individual episodes.
