Need abit of help.
I have a user that was deleted from the “Friends” section in settings about 6 months ago but I can still see them streaming from the server.
I have read a few people are having the same issue but no info on a solution.
Anyone have any ideas?
My first thought would be that their device is still listed as an Authorised Devices. Unless someone else has a suggestion I’d suggest going into Settings / Authorised Devices and deleting everything with the exception of your server. That will force a login again to gain access to your approved clients/users.
This list of authorized devices is only devices under your account, not friends. This won’t kick other users devices off.

Watch the Plex Dashboard. Does it say that the user is streaming with a Roku device?

From the Dashboard it says the users email address and the device its streaming it from - Chrome
Please send me the user’s email per PM.
The user was still in the list of your shared users.
I removed it manually.
You might wanna restart your Plex server for good measure.
The user was not showing up on the friends list. How did you do it manually?

Do you know why you could see them as listed but the owner of the server could not?
