Hi Guys, Need abit of help. I have a user that was deleted from the “Friends” section in settings about 6 months ago but I can still see them streaming from the server. I have read a few people are having the same issue but no info on a solution. Anyone have any ideas?

I asked a Plex employee to do it.

Watch the Plex Dashboard. Does it say that the user is streaming with a Roku device?
If so: Cannot stop Roku user from signing in to my account - #3 by OttoKerner
