Deleting Optimized Versions

Server Version#: 1.14.0.5465 (Windows)

I’m having difficulty on the conversion screen - I want to delete all the optimized versions, but I get the following error when clicking the “delete all versions” button:

" There was a problem deleting all versions."

If I try to delete each category individually, I get this error:

" Unable to stop generating these versions"

Not sure how to wipe this out and start fresh. Tried rebooting the server and restarting Plex, to no avail.

Can you delete them one by one instead? Ot is there an error too?
