WinTV-quadHD is not found by the DVR Setup

I have looked for this topic but not found anything
I have WinTV-quadHD tuner card and the DVR Setup will not find it.
I am running Windows 10
I am a paid plex user.
I have attached my logs

Nevermind it just found the tuner but two of them.
Is this a problem?

Add the tuner again. There is a note on the Plex Supported Tuners Page that the Quad tuner is seen as two two-tuner devices.
