Desktop for Windows getting pixelated and green

Just recently I’ve noticed the Windows plex app not playing video correctly. Almost immediately, the screen gets pixelated and green towards the top. I have not seen this happening on Roku or in the web player, so I usually just go to that but I was wondering if there is a known fix for this?

If necessary I can provide a screenshot of what I’m seeing.

Unfortunately not running Plex off a NAS and not using subtitles as well. Confirmed it did occur for both subtitles and without subtitles.
