Desktop Players Download Button Missing, No Download Option

I’ve described my own situation abou this issue, maybe with some extra details, so if we all work together we can narrow down the situation:

Desktop Download issue (missing icon/options to download), I think related to Home users

Server Version#: 1.19.1.2645 (Freenas 11.3-U2) Player Version#: 1.8.2.1192-89432618 (Win10_64-1903 Ent), (latest for MacOS at time of writing)) I have a Plex-Pass lifetime sub, and the Server is logged into that account. I have both used Sync before and had (recently) some of my shared users try and use it with some success, but at least the option to sync has been there for them recently, I know that much.
