No downlink button the mac or windows players

I have a plex pass. Neither the windows, nor the mac desktop apps have a download option for shows. Mobile device (iphone, ipad) downloads work as expected. I didn’t include server logs because without a download button I don’t think there is anything to log.

I have the same problem, I cannot see the download option in both Mac and windows apps. Any idea on how to fix it?
