I am having trouble with my plex media thumbnails/posters. When I load plex on my browser, I see only black squares for all videos and tv shows except those I’ve recently added. If I refresh metadata, the posters reappear, but if I restart the docker container then they go missing again. When I view the network tab, I see 404 errors for a URL with /transcode:
This isn’t the first time this has happened. It briefly went away when I tried Manage Library > Refresh all Metadata, but the problem has come back.

Restarting the docker container doesn’t resolve the issue. The rest of the metadata appears intact. There are no error messages in the docker logs. How can I diagnose this? Is it a bad folder reference? Where are the posters stored?
