Detecting Intro feture will only loop constantly, will never finish its scan & seems it is not working correctly

2 things to check

1 - conversion tab to make sure it’s not paused, if you don’t see anything, quickly set up something to sync or optimize so it generated an entry here and you will then see the option

2 - do not have hardware transcoding disabled
