Determine why DVR recordings did not happen

I have my DVR set to record episodes of The Drew Carey Show. The recordings never end up happening (though other shows are recorded properly, just this show fails). Is there any data available to let me know why these recordings did not happen? I don’t see anything obvious in the Plex logs and the UI doesn’t show the status of past recordings.

Detail are in the ‘Plex Media Server.log’, search on the show name (Drew Carey) and it should tell you why the show wasn’t recorded.

If the program did show up in the DVR Schedule but later is missing, that is a indication the server was restarted.
