Detroit 4.1 (local NBC affiliate) not updating in Program Guide

Program guide show still some channels no broadcast.

IFC, FF… and disney channel

Having an issue getting PBS WNED Buffalo Sub Channel 17.2 in the guide. Channel shows up, and can be tuned to, but no guide listings (“Channel No Longer Broadcasting”). Main channel (17.1) and other sub (17.3) guides are both functioning (I just disabled 17.3 because it’s kids shows).

This shows all day long. United States, 48183 WOW! cable, channel 254 is FREEFORM and 255 which is DISNEY Channel. Been like this for a week.

IFC HD (744 and 1438) shows “No Longer Broadcasting” 24/7 for more than a week now. I can tune the channel. It has programs. I reported with the EPG form more than a week ago. Why is it taking so long to get programming info for this valid channel that used to work fine?

783, Disney Channel shows “Unknown Airing” or “Channel No Longer Broadcasting” 24/7.

It appears that the fix for the gaps issue which led to “Unknown Airing” and “xxx Programming” has also fixed the 4.1 Channel No Longer Broadcasting issue.

I am adding this info to a number of forum threads:

The fix for the gaps that shows as Unknown Airing has now been deployed to the live service and I just checked the UK channels and we have zero gaps. The same issue led also to xxx Programming

A full EPG manual refresh would correct all the gaps and xxx programming erroneous entries

Can confirm that WNED 17.2 (PBS) listings came back. Opened up Plex and they were there (didn’t have to manually refresh EPG).

Thanks!

Some of the channels that recently disappeared from the drop down of channels list for lineups, were restored earlier today

We are still working on making changes to how the data is processed as the suspicion is that a channel being dropped in one region may be affecting other regions.
