Device not found and unable to tune into channels

I am running Plex Media Server on Linux (Version 1.11.2.4772) with a HDHomeRun Prime (Firmware Version 20170930) and am having some issues re-setting up my DVR. When I first set things up, I didn’t have any issues during set up. I’ve been unable to use Plex DVR b/c none of the channels tune even though the HDHomeRun app works fine on all my devices.

I removed my DVR and wasn’t able to re-add it back until I removed some database files recommended from another Plex forum thread. This allowed me to add my DVR back, but only via my IP. I still can’t tune into channels with the DVR and Plex DVR settings say that my device is not found…immediately after it found it via manually supplying the IP and seeing the channels.

I am having the same problem.

I uninstalled Plex and removed associated files (including database and configs). After re-installing Plex, I’m having the same issue as described in the original thread.
