I have a server set up running off of my home Mac (running the latest iOS and Plex software). Last night I spent 2 hours trying to get the content to show up on my plex server on my computer to no avail until I just restarted my comp. NOw it shows up but there is a new problem.
The content does not show up on my iPhone or iPad. I have pinned all of the sources to my sidebar but the error keeps coming up saying “No Content from Your Pinned Source.”
Has anyone else had this problem?
Are you using the same account on all those devices?
From what you describe it sounds like there’s some restriction where have shared the actual library but restricted it in a way that no content is showing.

Can you sign out the Plex app on the iOS devices and sign in again to see if this resolves this hiccup?
I signed out and signed back in on the iPhone and got these messages. In the end, it showed no sources.
Also, it said it was seeing more than one server but I only ever set up the one. It is still working on my computer.
furthermore when the first picture popped up, i clicked the drop-down menu to choose my server and it only had one option. The second picture is the source options i was given to choose. None of which are the ones i was looking for.
