Dialog that prompts to delete metadata and/or file, not just file

On the Delete dialog, I would like to see a checkbox to also delete file. This allows me to remove an incorrect entry without deleting the file

There are Plex features to help you deal with metadata:

  1. Refresh Meta
  2. Fix Match

And when all else fails, the Plex Dance ™

Because of this, I think it’s unlikely your request will be implemented.

It is already there, kinda: ‘Unmatch’.

But the best method is to follow the Plex naming rules for media files, which prevents 98% of these issues.
