Differend music bitrates for differend type of connections

Hello all!

When I am playing music on my (android) device:
:black_medium_small_square:When connected to 4G mobile network: I want to stream all my music as mp3: 320kbps (so wav gets transcoded/converted to mp3 on my pc before streaming)
[I can choose what format and bitrate I want to play my music on mobile network]

:black_medium_small_square:When connected to any WiFi: I want to stream all my music in original quality.
[I can choose what format and bitrate I want to play my music on Wi-Fi]

I think this would be a great feature, because if you use lossless audio your mobile data bundle is empty in no time, when streaming as 320kbps it will be much slower, when coming home or when at a friend, when on Wi-Fi; it automaticly switch over to original quality (if you want).
