Different content ratings than listed on The Movie Database

I’ve discovered that several content ratings were wrong when pulling from the Plex Movie agent, so I switched my default agent to The Movie Database. However, there are still some movies that are getting incorrect content ratings—meaning content ratings that are different than the ones listed on The Movie Database.

Here are a few examples of movies that are getting a TV-PG rating even though The Movie Database lists them as PG.

Why is Plex downloading the wrong information?

It turns out, if you Fix Incorrect Match, it will pull down the correct info. Refreshing the library or title is not enough. I ended up just deleting the library and adding it back in.

Hmm I had this issue on a few movies too, but doing “fix match” did not fix the rating.
