Plex server Remote access is enabled and Fully accessible outside your network. However when i try to connect from my android app it says directi connection is unavailable? I have tried uninstalling and installing the android app on my phone and i get the same result. In the Locations section of the android app on my phone my Plex server still says, “Offline”
I’m having the same issue with the latest update (1.9.5.4323) on Ubuntu unfortunately. Can’t even connect through the web interface on the console
