Direct play Raspberry Pi4B - This server is not powerful enough to convert video

Hi!
I am trying to play a 4K HEVC 10 HD movie via an app on a SamsungTV Q70 2019 without transcoding, but get the error “This server is not powerful enough to convert video”. Same error via Plex Web.
PMS is installed on a Raspberry Pi4 Model B 4GB RAM (OS: Raspbian).
The same movie works fine through Twonky DLNA on the same RPI4B.

It doesn’t require a lot of resources for direct play, or I understand something wrong?

3B+ direct plays 4k without issues so sounds like you need to doublecheck the direct play options on player and server.
