Direct Remote Play via Win10 and Roku4

Server Version#: 1.20.1.3252
I scanned briefly through the search options, and my apologies if this has already been answered (please guide me to the appropriate thread if so). I’m new to Plex, and I’m a former Kodi/Raspberri Pi user. I used to have Kodi on the RasPi, and use my Win10 desktop for file storage through SMB. I also used Yatse for a remote on my Android phone. I stumbled on Plex while searching for another issue with Kodi, and so I figured I’d give it a shot… and LOVE IT! It works great with my Roku4!
So, my question is in regards to this… I used to just open Yatse on my android, browse for a movie stored on my PC, and click Play, and it would start playing on my TV through the RasPi/Kodi. When I try this through Plex app, it just plays on my phone (I also like this feature), but when I click Cast, it doesn’t give me the option for the Plex channel or Roku. Is there a way to scroll and click Play within this app, or another app that this works with? I hope I gave enough info.

The roku should be able to get remote-controlled: https://support.plex.tv/articles/203082707-supported-plex-companion-apps/

Are both server, mobile phone and Roku in the same local network?

Yes, all 3 on same network, no crazy settings, just a typical home network. I can control the roku from my phone, through the roku app. It’s just the basic remote (arrows, etc). And within the Plex app, I can see the server files. The Plex app in Roku also see’s them, and I can use the Roku remote to play them. Just wondering if I can choose a movie and hit play, via Plex, or alternate remote?
