Directory had 1 files, database had 0 files, can't skip

Hi!
My server doesn’t show a TV show in my PLEX library.
Anyone has idea why?
I tried to delete directory with subdirectiories from the disk, then erase plex trash, and cleaning packets, and database optimalization.
Then I restarted the computer and create the dir and subdir again, then refresh dirs from plex, but i see the dir in plex and is empty

I renamed file from Part.1. to E01, then it works.
